When you are ready to start the foreclosure process, determine whether the person who will actually be conducting the foreclosure is the SAME person who is identified as the Trustee in the applicable Deed of Trust. If that person is not one in the same, then use this form to appoint a Substitute Trustee (the actual person who will be conducting the foreclosure sale).
